In less than one day our mobile roll former can produce all the framing required for a small house including walls, beams, ceiling and roof panels, even conventional trusses for roofs. A team of 4-6 men can produce, assemble and construct a typical 100 m2, light steel, house structure in less than one week, ready for contractors to complete all external & internal finishes.

CRUPE Framing products are produced with our automated roll formers, which are a range of compact frame production units that require only an electrical power connection. All the frames, beams, floor joists, roof panels and wall frames are produced in exact accordance with the architect's drawings complete with window and door openings, ready for simple assembly, using less steel while minimalising margin of error.

The CRUPE SP-Range roll formers are totally mobile and provide easy positioning anywhere in a factory space or at the project site and made ready for production in a matter of hours after being commissioned by our specialist team of Service & Support Engineer/Technicians. The assemblies are inexpensively secured with air-operated rivet guns using steel rivets readily available at most local markets. CRUPE Framing machines are available for different sized C and/or U Sections ranging from 75mm to 150mm webs and can work with a variety of steel grades and thicknesses. The result is a very strong but lightweight frame that can be designed and manufactured for single and multi-storey structures.

MP150-HYBRID

The CRUPEFrame MP150 HYBRID is a fully automated multi-profile roll former that can produce C or U sections with 75, 90, 100, 140 and 150mm webs with a very simple change of settings.

SP-RANGE

The CRUPEFrame SP-Range consists of 5 different machines, each producing a single sized section: CU75, CU90, CU100, CU140 or CU150. These roll formers are light and robust allowing for mobility to factories and onsite building locations.

There are many advantages in using CRUPE lightweight steel structures over the traditional concrete and masonry approach. Here we list the major points:

(1) Structural self-weight is lighter, averaging 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the weight of concrete frame structures, 1/5 ~ 1/4 for brick structure.
Accordingly, the requirement of foundation bearing capacity can be reduced, averaging in about 30% reduction of the engineering work on foundations. Furhermore, the seismic load on the structure is greatly reduced.

(2) The model of Cold-formed thin-walled steel structure is entirely designed using 3D CAD based software, which ensure the high degree of accuracy.
It requires lower level of industrial standardization production, thin-walled components are cold formed in the factory, rivet/screw and service holes can be pre-punched, and panels can be assembled in factory. On the construction site, only a small amount of work is required, such as putting the lightweight panel together in place, thus avoiding a large amount of wet construction, and considerably increasing construction speeds.

(3) Cold-formed thin-walled steel wall thickness is relatively small, which increases the usable floor area of building, improves flexibility of structural layout and can fully demonstrate architect's design concept, meeting the demands of residents.

(4) The use of CRUPE and conventional construction boarding materials such as gypsum board, calcium silicate board and oriented stand board (OSB) are widely recyclable, which has a low carbon footprint and comply with the requirements of green buildings.
